When will I get my order?
Every ring is made to order and individually inspected before shipment.
Production time: about 3–5 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every 57 Facets ring is finished and inspected in Seattle, where each detail is reviewed with complete oversight by our founder — from diamond selection to final polish.
Every center diamond has already been personally chosen and visually approved, and once it’s set, the finished ring must meet the same uncompromising standards of perfection before it ever leaves our studio.
Nothing ships without a full quality check for symmetry, prong security, polish, and proportion.
If anything doesn’t meet our expectations, it’s redone — not repaired.
You’ll never receive a ring with loose prongs, uneven settings, or dull finishing.

What is the return policy?
Every ring is made to order and individually inspected before it ships.
We want you to love it the moment it arrives — no exceptions.
- Returns: Eligible within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the ring is unworn, unaltered, and in the standard size 6.5.
- Exchanges: Rings that have been sized (before or after delivery) can be exchanged for full credit within 60 days toward another piece or remake.
- Condition: Rings must be returned in original packaging with the IGI certification and documentation included.
