Warranty

Every ring is quality-checked and covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes:

• Loose prongs or structural setting issues

• Stone instability caused by craftsmanship flaws

This does NOT cover:

• Damage from wear and tear

• Resizing, scratches, bent prongs, or broken bands from impact

• Loss of stones due to customer neglect or improper care

• Damage caused by third-party jewelers

Jewelry Care Recommendations

To keep your ring shining:

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (cleaning products, chlorine, etc.)

• Remove your ring before working out, doing dishes, or sleeping

• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not worn

• Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush — or a non-abrasive cloth

We recommend having your prongs and settings checked once a year by a professional jeweler.
