We offer a 7-day return or exchange window starting from the day your package is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition

• Original packaging, certification, and documentation must be included

• You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at 57facetsstudio@gmail.com to initiate the return

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on availability.

Please note:

• Custom orders or resized rings are final sale

• We do not refund original shipping fees (if any)

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’re happy to assist with a secure label if needed

Estimated Delivery Time
Most rings ship within 14-21 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Rush Orders
Need something faster? Email us before purchasing — we may be able to expedite depending on your selection.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS or FedEx with signature confirmation. A secure delivery address is recommended.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly.
